Classes at the Sangha
Meditation
Silence and communal meditation. Sessions include simple meditation training.
In addition to Marie Kronquist, there will be different instructors in each class. We look forward to presenting them to you.
Morning, afternoon and evening classes are available for everyone to join.
Breathwork
A practice of conscious breathing, where for 45 minutes you are guided through breathing techniques that calm your nervous system and increase both your health and well-being.
Come in comfortable clothes – you don’t need to bring anything.

Online meditation
Take a break from everyday life with silence and meditation. The sessions include simple meditation training.
These classes are around noon or in the evening and everyone is welcome.
Links to the online sessions are sent out 1 hour before the start.
