Terms of purchase
Purchase of clip cards must be made via your personal profile in our system. You can buy clip cards for online meditations, or by direct purchase for events after creating a user profile.
Registration for Online meditation is mandatory via your personal profile. In order to register for a class, you must have a valid clip card for the relevant class type or a membership.
When registering for a class via clip card, a clip is reserved upon registration.
The following cards can be used for payment: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, Visa, JCB, Diners, Amex, Maestro and MobilePay.
Clip card – 1 x Online meditation
Clip cards with 1 clip must be used within 2 months. Price DKK 25. The clip can be used for online meditation.
Clip card – 10 x Online meditation
Clip cards with 10 clips must be used within 6 months. The card is activated on the date you buy it. Each clip can be used for 1 online meditation. The price of clip cards with 10 clips is DKK 200.
The clip card is personal and cannot be shared.
Deregistration of class (clip card)
If you are prevented from attending online meditations, the cancellation deadline is 1 hour before the start. Otherwise, you will not get the reserved clip back on your card. Unsubscribing must be done via your profile.
If you do not attend a booked class, the reserved clip will also be drawn.
Gift card
Gift cards for The Sangha can be used however the recipient wishes on our website.
The gift card is valid for 2 years. The minimum amount is DKK 100.
Please note that gift cards can only be used for the first payment on a membership, which must therefore be associated with a payment card for future draws.
Regret of purchase
When buying clip cards and gift cards, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the legislation on online shopping. However, you waive the right to cancel if you use the coupon for registrations or the gift card for purchases less than 14 days after purchase. Cancellations can be made within 14 days by writing to info@sanghaen.dk stating your name, e-mail, date of purchase and amount. After 14 days, the purchase is irrevocably binding.
The Sangha Online (membership) (in danish)
A membership to the Sangha means that you have free access to all online meditations as well as a wide range of exciting events and videos, etc., month after month.
The membership is active from the day you buy it.
Memberships with monthly payment have a binding period of the current month + 3 months, and then you have the current month + 1 month of notice. On the day you buy the membership, you pay for the rest of the month. After that, you pay every month for the coming month. The money will be automatically deducted from your account on the 1st of each month until you cancel the membership. This is done directly from your profile.
Memberships with annual payment have a binding period of 1 year, and then you have the current month + 1 month of notice. In practice, you will pay for the rest of the current month + 11 months – and then it will be extended by 1 year at a time until you cancel the membership. This is done directly from your profile. There will be no refund for the remaining periods if you cancel the membership during the year paid for. To avoid a renewal for another 1 year, you must cancel your membership no later than the penultimate month before the end of the period.
A receipt for purchase will be sent by email, and can also be found on your profile after login. Here you can also change your payment card when desired or the old one has expired – a notification will be sent by email and appear on the profile page.
When purchasing, you will be subscribed to a newsletter with various information from Sanghaen Online. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, but then you will miss out on information regarding your membership and events, etc.
Deregistration of class (membership)
If you are unable to attend a session, please remember to cancel at least 1 hour before the start of the class.
Put on hold
If you are going to travel for an extended period, or for some other reason do not have the opportunity to come to the studio but do not wish to unsubscribe, you can put your membership on hold. This costs DKK 125 and is done by sending an email to info@sanghaen.dk at least 2 weeks before you want the break to start. You can suspend membership for a maximum of 1 year.
Waiting lists
When you register for the waiting list for a class, you will automatically be registered for the class should a vacant place occur. This also means that you will then be registered under the same conditions as described above in relation to any deregistration and no attendance. Waiting lists expire 12 hours before the start of the class – and if vacancies occur after that, registration for the class will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations of classes
We reserve the right to to cancel classes due to too few registrations or illness. Used clips will be refunded in case of cancellations.
